Steelers Ship Pickens To The Cowboys

The Cowboys just added a major piece to their receiving core!
Dallas acquired 24-year-old receiver George Pickens from Pittsburgh, sending a 2026 third-rounder and a 2027 fifth-rounder to the Steelers while also getting a 2026 sixth-round pick back in the deal.
This is a massive upgrade for both Pickens and Dallas. The talented young wideout has somehow put up solid numbers despite dealing with a revolving door of mediocre QBs in Pittsburgh - he still managed 900 yards last season and had over 1,100 yards in 2023 when he led the NFL with 18.1 yards per catch.
Now he gets to catch passes from Dak Prescott, who was on fire before his hamstring injury, throwing for 4,500+ yards and 36 TDs in his last full season. The only awkward part? Pickens and the Cowboys have history - he got fined after throwing former Dallas DB Jourdan Lewis to the ground last October.
For Pittsburgh, this move makes sense after they traded for DK Metcalf and gave him that massive $150 million deal earlier this offseason.
Haliburton Hits Game-Winner And Celebrates With The Big Balls

Tyrese Haliburton just gave zero f***s in Cleveland!
After hitting a clutch game-winning three to put the Pacers up 2-0 in their second-round series against the Cavs, dude busted out the infamous Sam Cassell "big balls" celebration right on their home court.
The best part? He knows the NBA is 100% going to fine him for it and he couldn't care less. Pocket change for the star.
Cleveland fans were chanting "overrated" at him during the game (referencing that NBA players poll where he was voted most overrated player), but Hali shut them up with the dagger.
Even Donovan Mitchell wasn't happy with his own fans for poking the bear. The Pacers now head back to Indy with a shocking 2-0 lead, looking to continue their Cinderella run toward what would be their second Eastern Conference Finals appearance in three years.
Game 3 is set for Friday night in Indianapolis. Don’t poke the bear.
Can The Warriors Still Cook Without Curry?

Stephen Curry has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain and will miss at least a week, meaning he's definitely out for Games 2, 3, and 4 against the Timberwolves, and possibly Game 5 next Wednesday.
This is actually the first strained muscle of Curry's entire career, making his timeline for return dependent on how his rehab goes. The injury happened in the second quarter of Game 1 when Curry was seen grabbing his leg after a floater, immediately signaling to be subbed out. He limped straight to the locker room and didn't return.
The wild thing is, Golden State still managed to beat Minnesota 99-88 in Game 1 without him. Draymond Green stepped up huge on defense, forcing Anthony Edwards to miss his first 10 shots, while also contributing 18 points including four threes. Jimmy Butler nearly had a triple-double with 20 points, 11 boards and 8 assists, while Buddy Hield added 24 points.
Can the Warriors continue their surprising playoff run without their superstar? They'll have to try for at least the next three games.
NFL Fan Sues League for $100 Million Over Shedeur Sanders' Draft Slide

This might be the wildest sports lawsuit I've ever seen!
Some anonymous Colorado Buffaloes fan is actually SUING THE NFL for $100 million because Shedeur Sanders fell to the fifth round in the draft!
The lawsuit, filed by "John Doe," claims the NFL violated multiple laws including the Sherman Antitrust Act and Civil Rights Act. This dude is straight-up arguing that "leaked statements" suggesting Sanders "tanked interviews," "wasn't prepared," and "was too cocky" created a narrative that "unjustly harmed" the QB's reputation.
The fan claims these "slanderous statements" caused him "emotional distress and trauma" as a consumer. Beyond the $100 million, he wants the NFL to formally acknowledge his emotional distress, retract statements about Sanders, apologize, and implement "fairer practices" in the draft process.
According to CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones, Sanders' slide was actually just a reflection of how he carried himself through the pre-draft process. But clearly this fan thinks there's a conspiracy behind Colorado coach Deion Sanders' son falling all the way to pick #144, where the Browns finally selected him.
What happened to just complaining on Twitter?
A'ja Wilson's Nike Shoes Sell Out

Her "A'Ones" hit the market Tuesday morning and were completely sold out in less than five minutes. If you blinked, you missed them.
The pink kicks, which go for $110 for adults and $90 for kids, created such demand that Nike's website quickly switched to "product no longer available." But don't worry if you missed out – Wilson herself took to Instagram saying, "This morning was wild. If you missed the A'One, don't worry. We're dropping again Thursday at Nike stores and other spots everywhere."
Even Aces owner Mark Davis was rocking the white "OG Pearl" version courtside during Tuesday's preseason game against Phoenix. The Texas Longhorns women's team also wore the pink A'Ones during their Final Four run earlier this year.
Wilson's becoming a true legend at just 28 – she's already got three MVPs, two Defensive Player of the Year awards, and has led the Aces to back-to-back championships. She's only the 13th woman ever to get her own signature shoe. If you're still desperate for a pair, the Blue Indigo Girl and white OG Pearl versions drop on May 15th, just before the Aces open their season against New York on the 17th.
