The key to a $1.3T opportunity
A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.
The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder of Zillow, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.
The result? More than $1b in transactions, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profits for Pacaso.
With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year, Pacaso is ready for what’s next. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
But the real opportunity is now, before public markets. Until 5/29, you can join leading investors like SoftBank and Maveron for just $2.80/share.
This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
The Tush Push Lives On 🏈

Despite some serious lobbying efforts, NFL owners couldn't get the 24 votes needed to ban Philadelphia's signature play at Wednesday's spring meeting. The final vote was 22-10, just two votes short.
The Eagles weren't messing around with this one. Owner Jeffrey Lurie brought out the big guns - retired center Jason Kelce himself! Lurie kicked things off with an hour-long passionate defense of the play, then Kelce followed up with a detailed presentation showing game clips and breaking down the mechanics to ease safety concerns.
The 10 teams voting against the ban were the Eagles, Ravens, Browns, Lions, Jaguars, Dolphins, Patriots, Saints, Jets, and Titans. Green Bay originally proposed the ban but couldn't get enough support.
Here's why the Eagles were so motivated to keep it - they've run 108 of the NFL's 316 tush pushes since 2022 (34%!) and scored 27 of the league's 52 touchdowns on the play. They're successful on 87% of their attempts compared to 71% for everyone else.
Thunder Dominate T-Wolves In Game 1

Oklahoma City crushed Minnesota 114-88 in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander bouncing back from a rough first half to drop 20 of his 31 points after the break.
Meanwhile, Anthony Edwards and the T-Wolves looked completely out of sync after having a week off. Ant managed just 18 points on 5-for-13 shooting, way below his 26.5 playoff average.
Julius Randle kept Minnesota close early with 20 first-half points (including 5-for-6 from deep), but he went ice cold after halftime with just 8 more points. The Thunder outscored the T-Wolves 32-18 in the third quarter to break it open.
OKC just came off an emotional Game 7 win over Denver just two days ago while Minnesota had been sitting around for a week. Sometimes rust beats rest, I guess!
Chet Holmgren had a sick spinning dunk in traffic that got the crowd going, and even rarely-used Kenrich Williams stepped up with some clutch shots. Game 2's Thursday in OKC.
NFL Players Can Now Compete in 2028 Olympics Flag Football 🏈

NFL owners just unanimously approved a resolution letting their players compete in flag football at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles. NFL exec Troy Vincent called it "America's greatest game on the world's greatest stage."
Each of the 32 NFL teams can allow up to one player to represent any country's Olympic team. International pathway players can participate without restrictions. Plus, teams get injury protection and salary cap credits if their guy gets hurt during the Games.
The Olympic version is way different from regular NFL football though. It's 5-on-5 on a smaller 70x25-yard field with 10-yard end zones. Teams start on their own 5-yard line and get four downs to reach midfield, then four more to score. Games are two 20-minute halves.
The rules are pretty straightforward - downs end when your flag gets pulled, you go out of bounds, or a pass hits the ground. If you score, you can go for 1 from the 5-yard line or 2 from the 10-yard line. Overtime is sudden death until someone scores unanswered.
This will be flag football's Olympic debut, and Team USA is expected to be the favorite. Should be fun to see which NFL stars decide to represent their countries!
WNBA Opens With Record Ratings

What a way to kick off the WNBA season! The league absolutely crushed it with viewership numbers, headlined by the Caitlin Clark vs Angel Reese showdown that drew 2.7 million viewers - the most-watched WNBA game ever on ESPN platforms.
Clark definitely got the better of this matchup, posting a triple-double while her Fever demolished Reese's Sky. But the drama wasn't just on the scoreboard - Clark caught Reese with a hard foul going to the basket that got upgraded to a flagrant 1. Both players kept it classy afterward, saying it was just basketball.
Unfortunately, things got ugly off the court with racist comments directed at Reese from fans. The league launched an investigation, and Fever coach Stephanie White made it clear they'll cooperate fully.
The ratings success wasn't just about Clark-Reese either. The opener between Las Vegas and New York pulled 1.3 million viewers, with reigning MVP A'ja Wilson putting on a show despite the loss. Napheesa Collier (last year's MVP runner-up) helped Minnesota start 2-0.
One surprise so far has been Washington, who nobody expected much from with all their roster turnover. The Mystics shocked people by winning their first two games behind rookies Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen before heading out on a tough west coast road trip.
Round 2 of Clark vs Reese is June 7th in Chicago.
Stephon Castle Leads All-Rookie Team

Stephon Castle was named the unanimous NBA Rookie of the Year and was the only player to get first-team All-Rookie votes from all 100 voters. Pretty dominant showing for the 20-year-old guard.
Castle put up solid numbers across the board - 14.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.1 assists while playing 80 games and starting 47. He led all rookies in total points (1,190), made field goals (423), steals (74), and free throws made (249 - which was over 100 more than any other rookie!).
Castle became the first Spurs rookie since Tim Duncan to finish his first season ranked top-2 on the team in both points and assists.
Joining Castle on the first team were Atlanta's Zaccharie Risacher (who missed unanimous by just one vote), Memphis teammates Jaylen Wells and Zach Edey, and Washington's Alex Sarr.
The second team featured Miami's Kel'el Ware, Chicago's Matas Buzelis, New Orleans' Yves Missi, Portland's Donovan Clingan, and Washington's Bub Carrington. Utah's Isaiah Collier just barely missed out, falling one point short of tying Carrington for that final spot.
Pretty impressive that the Spurs have now had back-to-back Rookie of the Year winners.
