He’s already IPO’d once – this time’s different

Spencer Rascoff grew Zillow from seed to IPO. But everyday investors couldn’t join until then, missing early gains. So he did things differently with Pacaso. They’ve made $110M+ in gross profits disrupting a $1.3T market. And after reserving the Nasdaq ticker PCSO, you can join for $2.80/share until 5/29.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.

Pacers Up 3-1 Over The Knicks 👀

Now the Pacers are one win away from the Finals! After taking blame for that brutal Game 3 collapse, Haliburton came back with literal video game numbers - 32 points, 15 assists, 12 rebounds, and ZERO turnovers. Those are numbers that have literally never been put up in a playoff game before.

Dude was everywhere. Dropping 20 in the first half when they needed scoring, dishing out assists in the third when they needed playmaking, then sealing it late with a perfect bounce pass to Obi Toppin for three. Even had his dad back in the building after getting banned for that Giannis incident earlier in the playoffs.

The Pacers' depth is just insane right now. They went 10 deep again, with guys like Bennedict Mathurin (20 points off the bench) and Aaron Nesmith (who was getting round-the-clock treatment from his mom for an ankle injury) stepping up huge. Pascal Siakam dropped 30 and is shooting 50% from three this series.

It's been a tough year for Haliburton. A lot of criticism. He missed the All-Star game and got called overrated but now he's having his Reggie Miller moment right now.

Pettiford Running It Back 🏀

Smart move by Tahaad Pettiford!

The Auburn guard just pulled out of the NBA draft to run it back with the Tigers for his sophomore year, and honestly, it makes total sense.

Pettiford was projected around pick 35, which isn't terrible, but he knows he can do better. The dude had a solid freshman year - 11.6 points and led Auburn in assists despite being sixth in minutes played on a deep, veteran team. Then he went off in March Madness with clutch performances, including 23 against Creighton and 20 versus Michigan.

A 6'1" point guard in the NBA is tough, and he's being real about it. He said the feedback wasn't "100%" this year, so why rush it? Auburn just lost basically their entire roster to graduation and transfers, which means Pettiford is about to have the keys to the kingdom next season.

The Tigers are reloading with some solid transfers and recruits, so he'll have a chance to be the main guy on what should still be a competitive SEC team. If he balls out as the primary option, he could easily jump into first-round territory for 2026.

Baylor Defensive Lineman Shot This Morning 🏈

This is absolutely heartbreaking.

Baylor lost one of their own when 18-year-old defensive lineman Alex Foster was shot and killed in his hometown of Greenville, Mississippi early Wednesday morning.

Foster was just home for summer break and was supposed to head back to campus this weekend. He was a redshirt freshman who sat out last season and was getting ready for his first real shot at playing time with the Bears. The kid was only 18 with his whole life ahead of him.

Police found him with multiple gunshot wounds in a car around midnight, and he died at the hospital shortly after. No word yet on what happened or if anyone's been arrested.

Just a brutal reminder that these are real kids with real lives outside of football. Foster was a three-star recruit who signed with Baylor in 2024, probably dreaming of making it big in college ball.

Now his family, teammates, and community are left trying to make sense of this tragedy. Thoughts are with everyone who knew him.

Terry Bradshaw Rips Aaron Rodgers And The Steelers 🏈

The Steelers legend basically called the whole Aaron Rodgers pursuit "a joke" and told him to "stay in California and chew on bark and whisper to the gods out there." Brutal.

But honestly, the more savage take was Bradshaw defending Kenny Pickett and completely torching the Steelers organization. He said Pickett wasn't the failure - the Steelers were the failure for not protecting him, not giving him weapons, and throwing him behind a trash offensive line with three different coordinators in two years.

This whole Aaron Rodgers saga has been dragging on for months with no resolution, and now their minicamp starts June 10th with still no signing.

It's wild seeing Bradshaw defend Pickett this hard while simultaneously destroying the idea of bringing in Rodgers for what would basically be a one-year rental. The dude clearly thinks his old team is making all the wrong moves, and he's not holding back about it.

Ja’Marr Chase Iffy About The Olympics 🏈

Ja'Marr Chase is way more realistic about this whole Olympic flag football thing than most NFL players, and honestly, he's asking all the right questions.

While Justin Jefferson is out here calling it "a dream" to potentially play flag football in the 2028 Olympics, Chase is like "hold up, let's talk details." He wants to know about timing, pay, travel schedules, and how long the commitment actually is. These guys do have lives and offseasons to think about.

Chase is actually thinking about the current flag football players who've been grinding for years to get their sport to the Olympics.

That's some real perspective right there, especially after that flag football QB Darrell Doucette spoke out about NFL players not being able to just waltz onto the Olympic team. Chase gets that there's actual people who've dedicated their lives to this sport who might get pushed aside.

The timing works out (July 14-21 is before training camps), but Chase is being smart about not just jumping in headfirst without knowing what he's signing up for.
